To me, Joey has this magical power to the audience that some of his fans love him almost religiously. I see that in his musical production and in dancing.
I understand it why. I do. But for me, it’s hard to describe with words. Maybe it’s because there’re so much that happens to me inside, words are not enough. But when I hear his music, when I see his dancing, when we speak,
He Inspires in the way no one else does.
Please watch this interview. Everything he says stays inside and kept echoing. and I appreciate he shares this with us. It influenced me and hope it’ll for many people.
The Rawness, Realness, Deepness,…. I can come up with more words to describe, but there can be more I can use and also more can be in between. It doesn’t mean his art is complicated. It’s just what a good ass Art does: it makes me think and feel more.
Therefore I think it’s best to just see his dance and listen to his music. Go to the party he plays, Check out his label “inimeg records“.
These are my picks below.
p.s. I’m really not being lazy. You just have to experience yourself of his art.
Enjoy!!
